What are your opening hours?

Phones will be answered Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.00pm, but please bear in mind I may be busy with a client, out of the office on a visit or unable to get to the phone if it’s too noisy in the workshop. Please, do leave a message as I will always return your call as soon as we are able. If you are unable to reach me on the landline, please do try my mobile.

Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

Yes. I am located just over a mile to the north of Honiton. The showroom is my home…what better way to see furniture than in a real house to give you scale. If you would like to come and visit, please either call ahead to check I am here, or to make an appointment…I may have had to pop out to see a client, someone else has come to visit, or I could be working to a deadline. Whatever the situation, I will try to accommodate you as best as I can.

Do you have parking?

Yes, plenty! There is a large private drive with lots of room. 

How much is delivery?

All items may be subject to delivery charges – Local deliveries within a 25 mile radius are free of charge, but further afield is chargeable. Please ask for details.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Sorry, I am not geared to ship furniture internationally.

When will my item arrive?

Delivery options will be offered at the point of ordering. We will endeavour to deliver items within a reasonable timescale and to your satisfaction.
